By necessity we must work by appointment.  This gives us an opportunity to allocate our time and proves to be more convenient for you.  Unfortunately, patients do not become ill on schedule, operations do not always run smoothly, and emergencies do occur.  Therefore, occasional delays are inevitable.  If you are acutely ill, call the office before coming in so that we can facilitate your visit and avoid delays.  When making an elective appointment, please give ample notice so you can be given a visit best suited for your convenience.

As your time is very important to us, we try to be punctual. We ask that you be on time to avoid delaying other patients.

When coming to the office for your first appointment, please bring your insurance card as well as previous physicians’ names and addresses.  This will expedite your paperwork and provide us with possibly important information concerning your previous medical treatment.  Also bring your medications with you in their original bottles.

Cancellation of Appointments

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment kindly give 48 hour notice.  If you do not show for an appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee.  This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give an appointment to another patient who may be acutely ill.
